Hi, I'm Andy

I founded Salem Techsperts in Salem,MA, in 2015 to save people money by helping them to repair their tech instead of buying something new. Frustrated with profit-focused tech shops, I started my own, driven by 16 years of IT experience and a passion to help people. Salem Techsperts became one of Massachusetts' top-rated repair shops.

However in 2022 as the repair industry as a whole began its decline due to devices becoming cheaper and less repairable while the cost-of-living increased, I began making humorous video content on social media about the repairs I was doing. These videos served to educate the average viewer without boring them with tech jargon. Now with a combined following of over 3 million people across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, this proved to be wildly successful, and is the reason the brand has grown to such new levels!

Due to this, we are no longer a repair shop. The state of the industry has made it impossible to survive as a repair business, which is why we now sell Refurbished Business-Grade Laptops that are BUILT to be repaired. If I can't make a living fixing unfixable devices, I'll make one selling devices that CAN be fixed.

I recently received my laptop back from their mail-in service. I'm so happy. I can finally use my keyboard normally again, and he even cleaned the inside of my laptop (assumingly for free)! I usually use it for gaming, so having my keys ripped up beyond my own repair by my parrot was heartbreaking. I'm glad to have a functional setup again.
