How do I check the status of my order?

Can I sell you my device?

Generally, we do not buy devices outside of bulk purchases. However, you are welcome to email us with the details of your device, but you will not get a reply if we are not interested!

Can I donate my device to you?

YES!

We cannot promise it will be featured in a video, and the device may be resold at any time, if we do not have a use for it.

Rest assured, all donations support us!

Can I visit you?

Yes!

Please give significant notice before you do (at least a week)

If you show up unexpected, you will not be let in, if we are even there.

Are you hiring?

No. We are not hiring.

Can you fix my...

No. We are not accepting repairs.

Can you help me with...

No. We are not providing support. However, you should join our Discord at discord.gg/salemtechsperts - they can help you out!

When will you get more laptops?

Supplies are limited. If you want to get notified when we have something, join our Discord!
